Our after-sales team will handle your file within 48hours.

Our warranties

All our products have a minimum 1-year warranty, except for consumable products (stationery and Arts and Crafts items…), items with a best before date and in the event of a fault or breakage even though the product has been used correctly. Consult our terms and conditions.

10 days to consider whether you are completely satisfied!

In the event of damage during transit, you have 2 working days following receipt of your parcel to notify TJ Novelty by email on If you are disappointed with an item, or if you made a mistake when ordering, you have 7 days following receipt to inform us in writing and to request an exchange, a credit note or a refund. All you must do is return the item in its original state, at your expense and in its original intact packaging. In case of a refund a restock fee of EUR15 will apply. Refunds are not applicable to custom orders.

How can I return it?

 Please fill it and prepare your parcel inserting the form inside.

Caution: the product is returned at your expense, intact and in its original packaging. The parcel must include the printed return form.
