The Regency Chess Company Limited has become famous for its range of high-quality and luxury chess pieces. They have dominated the top end of the market for some time. They have now embarked on a project of importing mass quantities of plastic chess pieces from the worlds largest manufacturer of tournament grade chess equipment. The pieces themselves are made from shock absorbent ABS plastic, are unweighted and felted with green baize on their base. The design is of course classic Staunton, in fact they are not breaking the mold here, these are good old Tournament standard chessmen.
